How far in advance do I need to order?
We can handle rush orders, but we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead. This gives us time to source materials and plan the delivery route. For peak season weekends (June-August), aim for 3 weeks if possible.
What if the weather is bad on party day?
Heavy rain or wind can affect outdoor setups. We'll call you 24 hours before if weather looks problematic and discuss options — moving the arch indoors, using backup decorations, or rescheduling if needed.
Can I customize the balloon colors?
Yes. We have standard theme palettes, but you can request specific colors. Just note that some color combinations require longer prep time because we may need to source materials.
Do you deliver to all of Riga?
We cover all neighborhoods in Riga proper. For deliveries to nearby towns like Sigulda or Jūrmala, we can arrange it but charge a travel fee. Message us with your location and we'll confirm.
What happens if balloons pop before the party?
Helium balloons naturally lose a tiny bit of lift over days. If we're setting up the day of, it's not an issue. If it's 2+ days early, we can bring backup balloons or use air-inflated balloons for some elements.
Do you offer smaller or budget bundles?
Absolutely. We have options for 10-person gatherings up to guest events. Smaller bundles focus on a quality arch and minimal extras. Larger events get full themed setups with multiple focal points.
